Aamdost Return & Refund Policy

At Aamdost, we deal in fresh mangoes, which are perishable food items. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, taste preference, or delays in opening the parcel after delivery.

However, your trust matters to us. If your mangoes arrive damaged, spoiled, or in bad condition, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

To request support, you must share:

  • Clear videos/photos of the mangoes
  • Video/photo of the box/packaging
  • Order details
  • Complaint within 12 hours of delivery

After reviewing the proof, Aamdost may offer one of the following depending on the case:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit / adjustment in next order

Refund or replacement is not guaranteed in every case. It depends on the condition of the mangoes, delivery proof, and the evidence shared by the customer.

We are not responsible for damage caused by wrong handling after delivery, keeping mangoes in heat for too long, late opening of the parcel, or incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.
